1. NZ MĀORI ARTS
1.1 The Māori arts listed on this website are a product of New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute (NZMACI) or commission artists.
1.2 The NZMACI products on display and for sale through the website are created from commercially sourced materials, and are subject to paragraph 1.3.
1.3 Pounamu is sourced from pre 1997 stone or post 1997 from the Ngai Tahu Māori tribe.
1.4 NZMACI does not warrant the source of commission arts materials, but endeavour to ensure they too adhere to paragraphs 1.2 to 1.3.
2. PRICE AND ORDERS
2.1 All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2.2 Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Commission Māori arts are priced as requested.
2.3 Any costs relating to customs duty, taxes, excess freight or other charges relating to completing delivery of the Order are borne by the Purchaser.
2.4 There is no obligation on the Vendor to inquire as to the authority of any person placing an Order on behalf of the Purchaser.
2.5 Where the Purchaser orders commissioned work, a 40% deposit is required.
2.6 All Purchases from outside of New Zealand are tax exempt but attracts 15% freight and administration fee on tax-exempt prices.
3.1 Āhua operates a credit card payment process to enable you to make payment for all purchases of Goods. Your credit card details will be captured at the time you place an Order. Your Credit Card will be charged once your Order has been accepted and prior to dispatch.
3.2 Alternative payment arrangements can be made by contacting email@example.com.
3.3 No Order will be shipped until payment has been received and the funds cleared.
3.4 In the event of any default in payment by the due date the Vendor shall be entitled to charge interest to the Purchaser at the rate of 1.5% per month until the amount owing and all interest has been paid in full.
